Tax Care selects Centrum Żelazna
TaxCare SA decided to select Centrum Żelazna as location of its new “call center” office. The company is a part of the Gettin Noble Bank SA group and is the first company in Poland, which offers innovative financial solutions for small and medium enterprises. Call Center occupies an area of approx. 400 m2.
Bank Ochrony Środowiska leases an office at ul. Puławska 111
The office of the 2nd branch of the BOŚ bank, which we helped to find this year, is a front office at ul. Puławska, in a new luxury apartment building, located in the inner centre of the Old Town, in the neighbourhood of the Arkadia park and the 18th century Królikarnia Palace. The office space of the branch is equal to 150 m2, and the development itself has been finished in July 2011.
Domino`s Pizza is going to open a restaurant in Racławicka Point
New neighbour of Norgips, Technicolor and Rossmann in the Racławicka Point building, which we commercialised as an exclusive agent, will be a Domino`s chain pizzeria. This year the company has started building its Polish pizzeria chain. Pizzeria occupies last free space on the ground floor of the office building.
Technicolor in Racławicka Point in the area of nearly 1200 m2
Racławicka Point almost completely rented. Other tenant, beside of the Norgips company and the Rossmann drug store, is the Technicolor company. The tenant will occupy two floors and a half of the third floor with the area of nearly 1200 m2. Technicolor is current name of the company, which was formerly known to all as Thomson. The building met all the tenant's expectations. It preserved high standard of rented space, to which the company has been accustomed as a long-term user of the Europlex office building, and an equally good location of the building.
Vectra leases 800 m2 in Centrum Żelazna
Centrum Żelazna – a building, of which we are an exclusive agent, acquired a high-class tenant. The Vectra company – a cable television operator, internet provider and stationary telephony supplier joins the group of tenants, of which currently the largest is still Generalna Dyrekcja Dróg Krajowych i Autostrad. Our new tenant – the Vectra company, occupies the space of approx. 800 m2.
Millennium exchanges the commercial space in Mokotów
Millennium Bank needed our help in relocating one of its branches in Mokotów. We were asked to act as quick as possible in order to find a commercial space alternative to the former location at ul. Malczewskiego 56. A location, offered to the bank, could have not been better, because the commercial space we proposed was in a neighbouring house. It met fully the assumptions concerning new workplace, defined by the customer. A branch with an area of over 100 m2 was open at ul. Malczewskiego 54.
